STORE
The store covers around 100 m2 and showcases pans, roasting tins, pots, and other products from the brand. The store's range focuses heavily on Swiss-made products: For example, the DUROMATIC® pressure cooker, which is well known and loved throughout Switzerland and was developed and launched by Jacques Kuhn back in 1949. Other typical Kuhn Rikon innovations such as the energy-saving HOTPAN® and DUROTHERM®, the Swiss-made MONTREUX and LOCARNO cookware lines, and the particularly sustainable NEW LIFE® lines can also be found in the store. Last but not least, the artistically hand-painted Rheinfelder ceramic tableware, fondue accessories, and many other useful kitchen gadgets are also available for purchase.
And since the proof is in the pudding, as the saying goes, you can put all our products through their paces in our stores. After all, design, functionality, and quality are best judged in practice.

SERVICE-CENTER
Do you want to do your Kuhn Rikon product a favour? Then simply use our maintenance and repair service.
Trained specialists will repair your Kuhn Rikon cookware or give it a new lease of life. Grinding off burnt on food, levelling the base, checking the DUROMATIC®, replacing fittings, conducting function checks and much more are some of our services. Your products will be accepted by our sales personnel and passed on to the repair and service centre.
Our spare parts store is large and so you can also obtain spare parts from us for Kuhn Rikon products, which have not been available in the shops for some time.

Take advantage of our free delivery service and save yourself the hassle of lugging your purchases home. Visit us, pay for your products on site, and sit back and relax. We will deliver your order directly to your home within 2-3 days. This service is available for orders over CHF 120.

In our factory shop you benefit twice: you will receive competent advice and can buy our high-quality Kuhn Rikon products at unbeatable prices due to the very small flaws.
In the "Küchenwerkstatt" on Pfistergasse 15, the latest and trendiest accessories can be experienced with all your senses and tried out.
"Workbenches" were conceived especially for the shop for customers to try out items. The products displayed on them more or less challenge you to get to grips yourself and convince yourself of the functionality of the knives, grinders, peelers, graters and much more.

COOKING DEMONSTRATION
On the first Saturday in every month there is a cookery demonstration in our shop in Lucerne at 10:00 hrs. Delicious food and our products to try. By prior arrangement we will gladly also organise cookery demos from Monday to Friday for you (max. 7 attendees). Please call in, we look forward to meeting you.
