Woks are just simply the cooking tool in the Asian kitchen. Stir frying is a typical Chinese cooking technique whereby the ingredients are flash fried in the wok on high heat whilst stirring continuously.
Ingredients can also be smoked in the cast iron wok with outstanding results. And with the steamer inserts you will become a Dim Sum Master.
