For over 30 years our factory shop has been well-known for its large selection of cookware and kitchen aids. The entire Kuhn Rikon range is supplemented with various brand-name products. And so you will find everything there you need for your kitchen.

In our factory shop you benefit twice: you will receive competent advice and can buy our high-quality Kuhn Rikon products at unbeatable prices due to the very small flaws. And as trying out something for yourself is known to be better than reading about it, you can try out and thoroughly examine all products. Design, functionality and quality can be best judged in practice.

ACCESS

You will always find ample parking directly in front of the outlet. Our factory shop is completely wheelchair-accessible. Only 5 minutes away from Rikon railway station.

SERVICE-CENTER

Do you want to do your Kuhn Rikon product a favour? Then simply use our maintenance and repair service.

Trained specialists will repair your Kuhn Rikon cookware or give it a new lease of life. Grinding off burnt on food, levelling the base, checking the DUROMATIC®, replacing fittings, conducting function checks and much more are carried out on weekdays from 9.00 until 12.00 hrs and from 13.00 until 15.00 hrs (Monday morning and Wednesday afternoon workshop closed) within 30 minutes. Should our workshop be fully booked, we will return your cookware to your home address as quickly as possible. Our spare parts store is large and so you can also obtain spare parts from us for Kuhn Rikon products, which have not been available in the shops for some time.

Free check-up for your pressure cooker. A Kuhn Rikon expert will check the *sealing rings, valves and springs on site and replace them if necessary. Bring your Duromatic to our store.
*Spare parts used for repairs will be charged.
